Global change
First of all, a noticeable expansion of all or almost all passages, in comparison with the old version, catches the eye. This is a completely conscious decision due to the new mechanics of smoke grenades and the presence of Molotov cocktails in the game, which was not previously in 1.6.
Also now the developers keep the skybox completely open, which in the future will allow players to throw grenades “through the sky”. In theory, this should significantly diversify the tactical decisions made and expand the set of draws of various rounds.
Possible Easter eggs
According to the developers, various Easter eggs and graffiti dedicated to highlights from professional players will definitely appear on the map. Perhaps we should expect something interesting with Edward’s famous box or a reference to fox’s clutch against NaVi.
